At the busiest bus stop in the neighborhood, there’s no sitting while you wait.

The bench near the northeast corner of North Bragaw Street and Mountain View Drive was removed again earlier this year because of ongoing problems, said People Mover spokeswoman Michelle Felix. 

“When there is a bench there for seating, unfortunately a lot of non-riders use it,” she said. “People complained they didn’t feel safe.”

In 2014, more than 50 people per weekday caught a bus from this stop on North Bragaw Street.
