Where to share (or serve) a Thanksgiving meal in Mountain View

Thanksgiving in Mountain View means community meals.

Clark Middle School is scheduled to host its annual Fall Feast Nov. 16 from 4-7 p.m., according to the school. The event is free and open to neighborhood residents. On November 20 from 12-8 p.m., the annual Thanksgiving Blessing will fill the Mountain View Community Center, with volunteers distributing free holiday meal supplies to locals in need. Organized by the Food Bank of Alaska and local churches, the event involved thousands of pounds of donated food. Then, on Thanksgiving Day, the Mountain View Shell will distribute free Thanksgiving lunches from 12:30-5:30 p.m. — another neighborhood tradition.
