Mekong Pho: Pho has returned to Mountain View. Mekong Pho opened in January at 4015 Mountain View Dr. in the space once occupied by the Alaska Pho Restaurant, which closed about five years ago. The restaurant is owned by Mekong Market, which operates a grocery store of the same name down the street.
