Following more than a year of construction work and millions of dollars worth of redevelopment, the new-and-improved Mountain View Elementary School is finally complete. Renovations to the school included soundproofing and structural upgrades.

To celebrate, the Anchorage School District is planning a building rededication ceremony Jan. 19 at 5:30 p.m.
